Alex is an expert in all things Operating Model and Organisational Design – he is a guest lecturer at Ashridge-Hult Business School where he teaches Operating Model design.
Alex has 15 years’ experience of working with global Oil & Gas majors and the UK water industry, He has worked with the majority of the UK’s water utilities, delivering the full range of consultancy services – from strategic transformations through to operational excellence performance improvement.
His hobbies include behavioural science (yes, really), and he was an accomplished brewer before having two young children who had very different ideas about what makes for a fun weekend.
Dean is our Operational Excellence guru. He previously worked in operations in industry for more than 20 years, where he developed a passion for driving business improvement.
He enjoys working with clients to solve complex problems and has worked across a range of sectors including several UK water companies, telecoms, infrastructure, postal, and warehousing & distribution.
When not at work Dean can generally be found cycling his way round the south east or cooking concoctions to keep his teenage family happy.
Ian has over 20 years of global consulting experience working across Utilities, Energy, IT, Finance, Government, Charity, Healthcare, Marine and Naval sectors. During his career, he has worked on several large-scale transformation projects with a strong track record of delivering sustainable performance improvement.
Ian is passionate about operational excellence and getting the very best out of the teams he works with. Ian is Lean Blackbelt certified and a Lean Competency System accredited Trainer, Coach and Assessor who also attended The Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst., People-centric change and leadership development is at the heart of his approach to helping teams develop new ways of working.
Outside of work, Ian loves to spend time with his family and is an avid keep fit fan. He also s has a passion for football and is a season ticket holder at Aston Villa.
Paul is a seasoned programme and change specialist with more than 25 years’ experience of leading and implementing change. He brings a wealth of experience from across several sectors and businesses.
He has a strong delivery focus, achieves results through a customer centric, process driven and team orientated approach. Paul is experienced in designing, shaping, and managing programmes for success.
Paul lives in Surrey with his wife, while his two children are playing tennis at the Barcelona Tennis Academy or at University in the US.
Frankie has applied continuous improvement in 7 industries and 3 continents in the course of her 25+ year career and is passionate about customer experience, operation excellence, training and coaching to enable clients to fulfil their mission and goals.
Frankie is a Lean Six Sigma accredited Master Black belt who combined rigorous analyses and effective stakeholder and change management to deliver improved performance.
Frankie lives outside the New Forest, enjoying the country-side with her horse when not crafting gifts for friends and family.
James is a data analysis and insights expert with experience spanning over 20 years across marketing, ecommerce and professional sports disciplines, dealing with everything from localised targeting to global business performance and growth.
James has a strong interest in helping companies grow through accurate data and insightful reporting, enabling his clients clear access to their latest performance and putting data at the heart of their day to day decisions.
On a weekend James loves nothing better than firing up the BBQ and cooking low and slow.
Dominic is an expert in Process Design/Improvement and Lean Thinking. He has experience in Manufacturing, Utilities and Financial Services and he has covered all aspects of Process Implementation from New Business areas to System Design to Operational Improvement.
Dominic is a Six Sigma Blackbelt who enjoys helping clients solve problems by really getting to grips with an organisation and working with the client to identify opportunities and efficiencies, and driving out effective measures for performance.
Dominic lives in Leicestershire with his family and enjoys running, bodyboarding and being a weekend football Dad.
Lizzie has extensive experience in the energy and utilities sectors, She spent nine years in general management roles at Shell, leading diverse, global teams in marketing and customer operations. Particular areas of focus are improving customer experience outcomes, building high-performing, inclusive teams and developing impactful leaders at all organisational levels.
Lizzie has a Masters in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics and is a qualified coach. She is the co-founder of the behavioural science network, ‘Thank Goodness It’s Monday: Making Better Workplaces.’
In her spare time, Lizzie is a Trustee of UK Coaching. She enjoys a good glass of wine and a great exhibition, at the same time whenever possible.
Lyndsey has spent most of her 25+year consultancy career delivering complex change, transformation and business performance improvement across multiple sector, including; Utilities, Oil & Gas and Financial Services.
Lyndsey is passionate about collaboration and the power of group innovation and accelerated decision-making. She is highly experienced in designing, facilitating and deploying collaborative working and events.
Lyndsey lives in Perthshire and loves long country walks with her beagle, particularly if there is a nice pub lunch at the end of it!
